We have been working alongside edp for more than a decade to make this a reality, by retooling the digital customer experience and by reimagining how certain processes and services can be transformed digitally, like designing new products and services user journeys, producing digital content at scale for every digital channel, continuous improvement of site performance through SEO, creating the most awarded portuguese design system and edp’s first online store, comprehensive technical development and hosting of edp.pt and working the digital strategy to reach out to the B2B segment.
Fullsix developed a new content portal that aggregates all Continente brand digital assets (replace 10 sites for 1).
In parallel, we developed a scalable Design System that supports creation of new and more effective digital marketing assets for the brand.
A diagnostic and strategy process, which went through: Analysis of content relevance, audit of SEO performance, performance / page speed rating, consideration of the core decision to aggregate all content into a single portal. This means creating a content api, which can export the content to any end point.
Compal challenged Fullsix to become pioneers in the development of one of the first loyalty programs for a mass FMCG brand, with the objective of improving the relationship with consumers and increasing sales.
Through a new technology provided by Tetra Pak, which consists of reading a unique QR Code, placed on each package, we developed an innovative program, using design thinking methodologies, giving birth to the integrated work of Service Desing, UX/UI, frontend and backend disciplines. The program is based on Gamification: each code read allows consumers to collect fruit, which can be exchanged for prizes.
All the process was made by Fullsix - Concept creation, aligned with brand's DNA, prototyping, graphic development, Push Notifications strategy (user activation and retention plan), and communication plan.
