We’re committed to continuous learning, and we encourage employees to take advantage of opportunities such as local agency training sessions, onsite speakers, special projects, and our unique global learning experiences. Havas Lofts and Havas NextGen enable employees to build new skillsets and gain exposure to the Havas family in other markets, making for stronger collaboration globally between our employees. Femmes Forward is focused on empowering women and helping them accelerate the progression of their careers. We continue to introduce new programs that inspire fresh-thinking, exploration, and continual-growth for our employees in their careers, like HavasFromAnywhere, which enables every employee to work for 2 weeks from anywhere, except the Lisbon Village, that means experiencing living in another country, city or another Havas Village.

We understand that healthy, happy people do their best work.

We all need support for our mental health and wellbeing sometimes, and our approach is one of "prevention rather than cure".

We know that looking after your mental health and wellbeing is very personal – what works for one person, is different from the next. That's why we have created HAVAS - UNPLUG, that includes bith Yoga and Meditation Sessions at the Lisbon Village, but also includes an Employee Assistance Program for every employee to have support within several areas namely psycological, nutrition, legal, finance and social.
